I’ve lived in many different apartments in my life and so far this is by far my most pleasant experience. Seamless rushed move in, prompt maintenance, friendly neighbors, and overall very pleasant environment. The rent is also very reasonable with no charge on gas (with gas furnace and stove)and my highest electric bill so far was $35 and that was in the middle of summer blasting my A/C all day everyday. - Adam

Overall moving to Walnut trail has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team take great care of the grounds, and respond quickly and kindly to any service calls. (I submitted a request to change the battery in my door lock) The washer’s and dryer’s that are available for use work really well, and the app makes doing laundry easy.
