Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 and additional pet rent of $20 a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. This place is the best place for stay. So close for grocery and malls. Also it is near Portage Creek and Bicentennial Park. Neighborhood, environment, community are perfect. Overall it's been a good experience. Residents are well behaved, quiet, and respectful. Police and fire personnel are within close proximity and when called upon respond within minutes. No serious issues have occurred during the time I've been here. Wide variety of shopping opportunities are also in close proximity, many withing walking distance.
