Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance on-site to handle after hour emergency maintenance issues.
You can submit a work order request by contacting the leasing office during office hours. You can also submit a work order online through your Resident Services account.
Maintenance issues are handled in order of urgency. Emergency issues are handled first and all other work orders are handled in the order that they are received.
No, it is up to the resident whether or not they would like to be present when a service technician performs work.
If you are locked out during office hours you may contact the office and the office staff will provide a spare key with proper identification. If it is after hours, you can call emergency maintenance to let you inside your unit with proper identification.
You may decorate your unit to your liking following lease guidelines. Any major alterations need to be discussed with the Property Manager.
We offer a refreshing pool with sundeck and Wi-Fi, 24-hour emergency maintenance, laundry facilities in every building, public transportation, the gas for heating, cooking and hot water is included, clubhouse with Free Wi-Fi, package receiving, recycling, volleyball court and flexible lease terms.
The pool will open Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend. Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. until sunset, 7 days a week.
We have open, free lot parking.
We have laundry facilities in every building. There are no washer and dryer hook-ups.

Yes, we have a weight restriction of 75 lbs. for one pet. Two pets are not to exceed 100 lbs. in combined weight. Please contact leasing for the list of breed restriction for dogs.

There are no quiet hours. There are fees to rent our Community Building for an event.

We accept walk-ins as well as appointments.

Your upfront costs will depend on the day you move in and what optional amenities or services you choose like internet, cable, Dish Network, and pets. There is a Security Deposit and Administrative Fee due at move-in as well.
Budget wisely, determine your needs, take a walking tour of the apartment, know what utilities are included and which ones you need to pay for yourself, know what the application process involves, read and understand the lease thoroughly, get renters insurance, and take a walk through the apartment.
You can pay your rent by sending a check to a designated P. O. Box at our home office, Walk-in Payment System (WIPS), or through your Resident Services account by setting up online payments.
Log in to your Resident Service account and select make payment and from there it will allow you to set up a payment account. You can use credit, debit, or your bank account. You also have the option to set up automatic payments.
There are additional fees for Internet service, cable, Dish Network, and pets.
Water, sewer, and trash pick-up is included in your rent along with the gas for heating, cooking, and hot water.

Guests are welcome but the resident is responsible for their guests.
If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.
